Token Payment
Tokens are a separate balance on the LEADTEX platform. They are used to create bots with AI. The platform subscription and the token balance are paid for separately.

What are tokens
Tokens are deducted when using AI-based features. Currently, tokens are required to create bots with AI.
Information
Tokens are not deducted from the cash balance or cashback points. This is a separate account balance.
The current token balance is shown:
- in the site header — in the tokens widget next to the balance and points;
- in the Tokens section in the right panel.
Clicking the tokens widget in the header opens the token top-up page.
Buying tokens
To buy tokens, open the Tokens section in the right panel and go to the Buy tokens tab.
The page shows the current number of tokens on your balance.

Tokens are used to create bots with AI.
Choosing a package
In the Select number of tokens block, choose a package from the list. Packages are sorted by ascending token quantity. The smallest package is selected by default.
Each package in the list shows:
- the number of tokens;
- the price in your account currency.
The Amount due line shows the price of the selected package.
Payment method
Below, choose a payment method — the block matches the payment block when topping up your balance.
After a successful payment, tokens are credited to your account balance.
Information
To pay as a legal entity, contact technical support — click the messages icon in the lower right corner.
Operations and history
Top-up operations
The Operations tab in the Tokens section shows token balance top-ups.
For each operation:
- on the left — Token balance top-up;
- on the right — the number of tokens credited.
History
The History section shows successful token purchase payments.
Information
Token operations are not mixed with cash balance operations: token top-ups do not appear in the Operations and History of regular payment, and vice versa.
Token usage
On the Usage tab in the Tokens section, you can see how many tokens were spent for the selected period.
Date filters
Filters work the same way as in bot analytics:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Week
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
Month is selected by default. On the right, you can set a custom date range.
Widgets
The tab shows usage widgets. In the current version, the Creating bots with AI widget is available.
Each widget shows:
- how many tokens were spent for the period;
- how many requests (generations) were made.
Charts
Two charts are available on the Usage tab:
- Tokens spent — token usage for the selected period;
- AI requests — the number of generation requests for the selected period.
You can choose chart detail: by hours, days, weeks, or months — depending on the length of the selected period. The chart type can be switched from bar to line.
Insufficient tokens
If the token balance is zero or negative, creating a bot with AI is unavailable.
On the create bot with AI page:
- a notification about insufficient tokens is shown at the top, with a link to buy tokens;
- the Generate button is blocked.
Top up your token balance and try generation again.
