"Book Record from List" block in scenario

We create a database, for example, real estate objects. Using this block, they can be booked for a period of time. In the block settings, select the desired list, date and time of start/end of booking and the contact ID field. That is, when a contact will book some record.

Currently, 1 booking type is available: fixed. Their number will increase in the future. In the fixed type, you specify for how many days, hours and minutes the object can be booked.

In other words, the object is booked for a set amount of time so that the client has the opportunity to purchase this object within the set time window. After the end date of booking, if payment has not been made, the object will again be displayed in the list as available.

Using the "date" filter, the purpose of which was explained in the previous section, you can output only available, i.e., unbooked objects. "Date 2" should be less than the current date, then only objects that are free will be displayed.

You can also send a message if the object is already booked using the booking start and end date formula:

{{ start_date }} - {{ end_date }}

Important: a connection from the "read records from list" block must go to this block. Business owners will be able to control the number of records through the "Lists" section.

Paid booking for "Book Record from List" block

For this, move the "paid booking" slider to the active position, specify the cost, booking duration without payment (after the specified period, the booking is canceled in case of no payment), select the payment system and receipt data. After this, a payment link is received. You can also configure the payment message template as you need. The main thing is that there must be a variable for creating the payment link. If necessary, the payment link can be duplicated to email (it is taken from the user variable).
