Branching scenario by condition

A condition block can be created in the scenario by clicking on the connection plus. At the block output, you can see two menu items "Yes", "No", they indicate where the user will be directed when the condition is met or not met.

The following condition types are currently available:

  • Contact contains tags
  • Contact does not contain tags
  • Message contains text
  • Message matches text
  • Message matches set number
  • Current date matches set date
  • Current time matches set time
  • Current day of week matches set days
  • Variable matches set expression
  • Global variable matches set expression
  • Contact is subscribed to Telegram channel/group
  • Contact has set number of referrals
  • Contact is contained in Excel table
  • Contact is contained in Client Base table

You can set multiple conditions simultaneously and configure their processing type:

  • All conditions are met simultaneously
  • At least one condition is met
