The LEADTEX API gives developers advanced capabilities for integrating chat bots with external services and creating complex automated solutions. The API allows data exchange between the bot and CRM systems, payment services, databases, and other applications via HTTP requests.

Getting an API Key for Integration

Working with the LEADTEX API requires a personal access key generated in account settings. The API key provides secure access to all bots created within one account.

The key is obtained through Settings → API Key. The generated token is used to authorize all API requests.

Practical API Use: Managing User Balances

The LEADTEX API provides tools for managing internal user accounts in chat bots. Functionality includes creating personal wallets, crediting and debiting funds, and working with different currencies.

Through the API you can create multi-level loyalty systems, referral programs with automatic accruals, and internal stores with virtual currency. All balance operations are logged and can be tracked through the constructor interface.
