Block for Sending Messages Between Chat Bot Users
Set up message sending between chat bot users
Organizing communication between clients and managers in a chat bot is one of the basic functions for business automation. The LEADTEX constructor implements several ways to set up such interaction.
The lesson covers 2 formats of interaction between bot users in detail.
Secure Communication via the "Send Message" Block
For cases where you need to hide the manager's personal data, use the special "Send Message" block. This block allows organizing correspondence through the bot without revealing the manager's contact information.
In the block settings, specify the bot for communication and select the manager's contact from the list of users who have already interacted with the bot. An important requirement — the manager must start the bot first to appear in the contact list.
With this setup, the client only sees the bot interface and a "Write to manager" button. The manager receives a notification about a new message in the bot, can reply through the bot, and the client only sees responses without information about who is replying.
Extended Capabilities of the "Send Quick Message" Block
The "Send Quick Message" block provides additional settings for managing the dialogue. You can prepare message text in advance, add buttons for quick replies, and configure instructions for the sender.
For example, you can create a "Send message" button with the instruction "Press the send message button and wait for the manager's reply." After pressing the button, the manager receives the prepared message and can reply through the bot interface.
For convenient navigation in the dialogue, you can add an "Exit" or "Main menu" button that returns the user to the main bot scenario.
The choice of communication method depends on business goals.
