The Statistics section displays detailed information about user interaction with the chat bot for the selected period. The system shows the number of new visitors, total clicks, submitted applications, and activity by day, week, or month.
Chat bot analytics includes data on user devices: browser type, operating system, and access platform.
Traffic Source Analysis in Bots
Additional link statistics show the effectiveness of different user acquisition channels. If the bot uses multiple entry points, the system tracks transitions through each link separately: from social networks, ad campaigns, or direct links.
Conversion and Sales Funnel in a Chat Bot
The Conversion section provides detailed analysis of user paths through bot scenarios. The system shows the percentage ratio of transitions through each button from the start block and further along the scenario chain.
