Connecting the Robokassa payment system to chat bots lets you automate sales of goods and services with a full payment processing cycle. The integration supports automatic receipt sending, various taxation systems, and instant delivery of goods after successful payment.
In the "Robokassa Payments" block, you configure the payment purpose, amount, product type (service/product/work), and the message after successful payment. The system automatically generates a secure link to the payment form and processes the transaction result without developer involvement.
Setting Up Robokassa Integration with the Chat Bot Constructor
To connect Robokassa in LEADTEX settings, specify the store identifier and two technical passwords from the payment system personal account. In the "My Stores" → "Technical Settings" section, unique passwords are generated for secure data transfer.
You must specify URLs for payment notifications: the successful payment URL (Success URL) and the failed payment URL (Fail URL). Additionally, configure the taxation system and VAT rate in accordance with Russian legal requirements for automatic receipt sending.
