How to freeze balance or stop debiting funds?
To stop debiting funds if you temporarily decided not to use the platform, go to the Payment section – Click "Cancel subscription".
I topped up my balance, but the bot is not working.
If you previously used the platform, your balance ran out and you topped up after it ended, then your PRO tariff is inactive. Go to the Payment section – Click "Go to PRO".
My bot is not responding, what should I do?
- Check if your PRO tariff is active
- Check in the Channels section if the messenger is connected
- Check if there are blocks in the bot scenario without attachments (there should be text, image or video)
- Check for connections between blocks

Main reasons why the bot is not working:
1. No internet connection
Check your device's internet connection. Without internet, the bot cannot receive and send messages.
2. Incorrect bot link
Make sure you are using the correct link. Check: Settings → "Messengers (channels)" section → Connected channels → Link to your bot.
For Telegram, you can also use a link in the format: https://t.me/bot_username
3. Bot is not connected to messenger
Check: Settings → Channels → Connected channels
4. Outdated or incorrect API key
If the bot is connected but not working — generate a new token.
5. Token is used in another service
One API token can only work with one platform. Create a new bot or get a new token.
6. Breaks in the block chain
Check the scenario map — all blocks must be connected by arrows. Buttons without connections do not work.
7. Incorrect user registration
- Delete them from the contacts list
- Ask them to restart the chat bot.
8. Bot is deactivated
Check: Bot Settings → make sure the "Activate bot" switch is enabled.
9. Empty message blocks
Each block must have at least one character in the text field, otherwise the block will not work.
10. Unpaid PRO tariff
My bot disappeared. It disappeared on its own
A common reason for a bot suddenly disappearing from an account is the topic.
If your bot was on a prohibited topic (Drugs, weapons, scams, porn, etc.), then the system will automatically delete the bot without the possibility of recovery!
Is there a limit on the number of subscribers?

How to advertise a chat bot in advertising channels where redirects are prohibited, such as Google AdWords, Instagram, MyTarget, VK?
Go to your link, and copy the final link from the browser address bar after the redirect.
Or in the Publish section -> Prepared messages for WhatsApp, click on editing the prepared message and check the box "Use LEADTEX intermediate page"

Why does an ellipsis appear before a message from the bot?
An ellipsis appears when you use two types of buttons: inline and non-inline (in the keyboard). Bring the buttons to one type and the ellipsis will no longer appear.
How to restart the bot to the beginning of the dialogue?
For Telegram - /start
For other messengers, the command is 3 zeros - 000
What image formats can be attached to a message?

They are saved until an application is created and/or a notification is sent in which they will be specified, or until they are deleted by the "delete variable" block.
