Keyboard Setup in MAX

How to set up MAX bot keyboard: creating inline buttons, menu setup and adding links.

Keyboard Setup for MAX Bot

  1. Open the LEADTEX personal account.
  2. Go to your bot and click on the block where you want to set up the keyboard. For example, the "Message Chain" block.

  3. In the block settings, click the "Keyboard Setup" button.

  4. Go to the MAX tab in the opened window

  5. Arrange buttons in the keyboard: move them to change the order and configure the number of buttons in each row (horizontally).

    Information

    MAX chat bot supports only inline keyboard. Maximum 7 buttons per row. Maximum 30 rows.

  1. To add a link, click the "Settings" button next to the button in the block settings.

When link click tracking is disabled, the link button will not perform any other action in the bot except providing the link. To be able to lead the user to the next block from the link button, you need to enable tracking.
