WhatsApp Bot Launch by Start Phrase

Sometimes you need to activate the bot only by some keyword, for example when you need to restrict access to the bot or when you use your personal phone number. If friends write to you, the bot does not react, you can continue to communicate with them as before, but as soon as a message from the list of prepared phrases arrives, the bot immediately launches and starts responding.

Important

We do not recommend using a personal number for bots.

Open LEADTEX personal account, go to your bot and go to Publish > WhatsApp. Below after the list of prepared messages for WhatsApp, you will find the checkbox "Launch bot only by these phrases" — it is responsible for the described capability.
