Basic information about a bot user

Basic contact information, user variables, and tags are combined in one card. Referrals and accounts have moved to new tabs in the contact card.

To add a new variable, click the "Add field" button.

Contact's last activity

Last activity is a new field in the contact card that shows the time of the contact's last interaction with the bot.

Managing contact referrers

If bot users participate in a referral program, you can view the contact's referrals or assign a referrer (parent).
