WhatsApp Chat Bot Features
1) You can launch the bot by any phrase on WhatsApp Profi and WhatsApp Premium tariffs.
2) When entering the bot, if you don't set a phrase, it will consist of a secret code.
3) Profi tariff connection happens on the chat-api.com website: QR code is scanned and then the received data is entered in our LEADTEX account in the channels section when connecting.
4) Facebook Business Manager is not needed.
5) Creating buttons, as in Telegram, is impossible. Only numeric response is allowed.
6) If you delete a chat bot with a connected WhatsApp channel, it is also deleted
7) The ability to create autoresponders is available on Profi/Premium tariffs.
8) The platform has the ability to forward messages from one WhatsApp number to a group or to several numbers (like forwarding).
9) When autoresponding, messages immediately go to the queue. I.e. if the mailing was launched, you cannot stop it to pause. All messages will be sent in queue order.
10) When using autoresponder in WhatsApp, there is a risk of getting a number ban. WA has antifraud and it records metadata of sent messages.
For example: if you make a mailing, then get a ban and after that send the same message from another number, the number will be immediately blocked without user complaints, as the message with this metadata is marked as spam.
Also, after registering a new account, it receives special attention. The WA system checks every action for the absence of similarity to spam actions. And for blocking, significantly fewer complaints are needed.
If the number exists for a while without mailings and there are incoming and outgoing messages (i.e. chat bot users will work with it without mailings), then trust in this account will grow. After that, you can start making small mailings. In case of complaints, the number will not be immediately blocked, if you do small volumes, the number can live for a very long time.
